On November 7, 2023, the Court issued its Final Orders and Final Judgments approving all seven of the class action settlements. The settlements are currently in the appeal period. Provided there are no appeals, the settlements will become effective on December 7, 2023. Please periodically check this website, because it will be updated with additional information from time to time.
